One inbox, and no sales call at the end of it.
Support is email only, on purpose. There is no phone queue, no chat widget and no discovery call — the same reason the product lets you read a full generated set before anyone asks you for a card number.
Coverwright is run by one person, so your email is read by whoever would also be fixing whatever you are writing about. That is a genuine advantage on a technical question and a genuine limitation at a weekend, and it seemed better to say both than to advertise a support desk that does not exist.
So it can be answered in one reply.
None of this is required — write in however you like. It is only here because these are the details that otherwise cost a round trip.
Something went wrong with a purchase
Include the Stripe receipt or the session reference from your confirmation email. That reference is what lets us find the purchase without you having to describe it — and if a technical fault on our side means you never got usable documents, the refund policy says we fix it or refund it in full.
You cannot download your documents
Tell us the email address you bought with and roughly when. Downloads are re-generated from the answers stored with your purchase, so a lost file is almost always recoverable without you answering anything again.
Something in a generated document looks wrong
This is the most useful email we receive, and it is worth sending even if you are not sure. Quote the clause reference printed in the margin — every paragraph has one — and say what you expected instead. Clause references are stable, so one is enough to find the exact rule that put that text in your set.
You want your data deleted
Say so and it is done, subject to the invoicing records Lithuanian tax law requires us to keep. The privacy policy sets out the detail and your other rights.
You are an accountant, broker or adviser
The referral programme is described in full on the partners page, including the commission rate. Payouts are arranged by email rather than through a partner dashboard, because building one before there is a partner would make the programme look bigger than it is.
You are running a security review on us
Most of what a vendor questionnaire asks is already answered on the how-this-is-built page — what is stored, what we never see, what has and has not been professionally reviewed. If something you need is not there, ask and it will be added to that page rather than only sent to you.
Quite a lot is already written down. What the engine does and what it deliberately does not is on how this is built; what changed and when is on the changelog.
The stance, including what happens when a fault is ours, is set out in the refund policy rather than decided per email.
We cannot tell you whether a rule applies to your business, or whether your carrier will accept a document. Those are questions for your counsel and your broker, and an answer from us would be worth less than it appeared to be.
Coverwright is operated by a sole trader established in Lithuania; the full trading disclosure, including the registered contact details, is in the footer of every page.
