Refund Policy
Last updated 18 July 2026
The short version
Coverwright delivers a digital product instantly — you see a real preview of your documents, generated from your own answers, before you pay. Your documents are delivered when your payment completes and access is made available. Because the value is delivered immediately and in full, purchases are not refundable once payment has completed and your documents are available.
Technical failures are different
If checkout succeeds but a technical fault on our side means you never receive access to your documents — a failed download, a missed webhook, a duplicate charge — that's on us, and we'll fix it or refund it in full. Email hello@coverwright.com with your receipt or Stripe session reference and we'll sort it out.
EU/UK customers and digital content
Under EU and UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content delivered immediately — like Coverwright's generated documents — that right does not apply once delivery has occurred, because you expressly asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal period via the checkbox at checkout. Delivery occurs when your payment completes and access is made available. This is standard for instantly-delivered digital goods, not something specific to us. If a technical failure prevents you from receiving usable documents, we fix it or refund you in full — see below.
Annual renewals
The €69 annual refresh follows the same policy: once your updated documents are regenerated and available, the renewal charge is not refundable.
Questions
If something about your purchase doesn't seem right, email hello@coverwright.com — we'd rather sort it out than have you leave unhappy.
